1. The employer gives Quintrix their
manpower requirement brief (this includes the
general scope of the project for which manpower is
required, specific job/position title of personnel
required, job requirements for each position,
basic salary range, benefits granted to workers,
terms and conditions of employment contract, etc.)
2. Armed with this brief, Quintrix will
secure accreditation on behalf of the employer
with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
through the Philippines Overseas Employment
Administration (POEA). After accreditation,
Quintrix places want ads in the leading newspaper
s in the country. |

3. Applicants submit applications to Quintrix.
These are entered into the computerized databank.
4. Applicants are pre-screened to match the
vacancies.
5. Technical interviews are held to
determine the competence and experience of
applicants. An interview with the employers
set up to determine the final list of qualified
applicants.
6. Qualified applicants then undergo medical
examinations. Applicants attend
Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) to brief
them on the culture, government, religion,
socioeconomic situation and working environment of
the country were they will deployed.
7. Liaison officers handle POEA and visa

flight to his country of deployment.
